Trainer:in mit ausländischer Ausbildung

Voraussetzungen für Quereinstieg

• Ausländische Ausbildung als Trainer:in inkl. Diplom oder Ausweis in der entsprechenden Schneesportart
• Schneesportlehrer:innen melden sich bitte bei Swiss Snowsports

Datum

• Swiss-Ski bietet folgende zwei Einführungskurse ins Schweizer Sportsystem für Teilnehmer:innen aus Schneesportarten an:
  • 19.-21. August 2024 (Anmeldeschluss 18. Juni 2024)
  • 2.-4. Dezember 2024 (Anmeldeschluss 1. Oktober 2024)

Prozess der Anmeldung

• Anmeldung Einführungskurse ins Schweizer Sportsystem direkt an ausbildung[at]swiss-ski.ch mit folgenden Unterlagen:
  • Alle Diplome
  • Anmeldeformular (unter Downloads) ausgefüllt mit allen Informationen zur Aus- und Weiterbildung.
     
• J+S-Ausbildungsverantwortliche:r prüft die Anmeldung, ergänzt das Formular und retourniert es unterschrieben an den J+S-Coach.
• J+S-Coach tätigt Anmeldung in der NDS und lädt das ausgefüllte Anmeldeformular und die benötigten Diplome in der NDS hoch.

Bedingungen für den Abschluss der Anmeldung

•  Es ist zwingend erforderlich:
  • Das komplett ausgefüllte Anmeldeformular inkl. der Bestätigung der/des J+S-Ausbildungsverantwortlichen des nationalen Sportverbandes
  • Alle Diplome (wenn notwendig mit beglaubigter Übersetzung) in einem Dokument als PDF

Nach der Teilnahmen am Einführungskurs

• Der/die Trainer:in wird nach dem Einführungskurs von der Abteilung Ausbildung Swiss-Ski per Mail über das weitere Vorgehen informiert
  • Besuch von weiteren J+S-Modulen je nach Einstufung
  • Bei Trainer:innen mit sehr umfangreicher Ausbildung kann ein Antrag für die Äquivalenz Trainer:in Leistungssport oder Spitzensport bei der Trainerbildung Schweiz eingereicht werden (Antrag wird durch Swiss-Ski eingereicht). Anerkennungsverfahren

• Für die Anerkennungsverfahren der Trainerbildung Schweiz gibt es pro Jahr vier Zeitfenster:
  • Bis jeweils zum 31. Dezember eingereichte Anerkennungsanträge werden bis am 31. März behandelt
  • Bis jeweils zum 31. März eingereichte Anerkennungsanträge werden bis am 30. Juni behandelt
  • Bis jeweils zum 30. Juni eingereichte Anerkennungsanträge werden bis am 30. September behandelt
  • Bis jeweils zum 30. September eingereichte Anerkennungsanträge werden bis am 31. Dezember behandelt

Die Anträge müssen jeweils bis spätestens zwei Monate vor dem Einreichedatum an ausbildung[at]swiss-ski.ch geschickt werden

Date

• Swiss-Ski offers the following two introductory courses to the Swiss sports system for participants from snow sports:
  • August 19-21, 2024 (registration deadline June 18, 2024)
  • December 2-4, 2024 (registration deadline Ocotber 1, 2024)

Registration process

• Registration for the introductory courses to the Swiss sports system directly to ausbildung[at]swiss-ski.ch with the following documents:
  • all diplomas
  • Completed registration form (under Downloads) with all information on training and further education.
• The Y+S training officer checks the registration, completes the form and returns it signed to the Y+S coach.
• Y+S coach makes registration in the NDS and uploads the completed registration form and the required diplomas in the NDS.

Conditions for the closure of the registration

• It is imperative to have:
  • the completely filled out registration form including the confirmation of the Y+S training manager of the national sports associatio
  • all diplomas (if necessary with a certified translation) in one document as a PDF file

After participating in the introductory course

• After the introductory course, the trainer will be informed by the Swiss-Ski training department by e-mail about the further procedure.
  • ​​​​​​​Attendance of further J+S modules depending on the classification
  • For coaches with a very extensive education, an application for the equivalence coach:in competitive sport or top sport can be submitted to the coach education Switzerland (application will be submitted by Swiss-Ski). Further information and forms can be found at Trainerbildung Schweiz.

Recognition procedure

• There are four time frames per year for the recognition procedure of the Trainerbildung Schweiz
  • Requests for recognition submitted by 31 December are processed until 31 March.
  • Requests for recognition submitted by 31 March will be processed until 30 June.
  • Requests for recognition submitted by June 30 of each year will be processed by September 30.
  • Requests for recognition submitted by September 30 will be processed by December 31.

The applications must be sent to ausbildung[at]swiss-ski.chat least two months before the submission date.

Requisiti per l'applicazione

• Istruttori/maestri di sport sulla neve sono pregati di contattare Swiss Snowsports

• Swiss-Ski offre i seguenti due corsi di introduzione al sistema sportivo svizzero per partecipanti provenienti dagli sport della neve:
  • 19-21 agosto 2024 (termine di iscrizione 18 giugno 2024)
  • 2-4 dicembre 2024 (termine di iscrizione 1 ottobre 2024)

Processo di registrazione

• L'iscrizione al corso introduzione al sistema sportivo svizzero direttamente a ausbildung@swiss-ski.ch con i seguenti documenti:
  • Tutti i diplomi
  • Modulo di registrazione (sotto Download) compilato con tutte le informazioni sulla formazione e perfezionamento.
• L'addetto alla formazione G+S controlla l'iscrizione, compila il modulo e lo restituisce firmato all'allenatore G+S.
  • L'allenatore G+S effettua la registrazione nella NDS e carica il modulo di registrazione compilato e i diplomi richiesti nella NDS.

Condizioni per il completamento della registrazione

• Per poter completare l'iscrizione al corso, sono necessari i seguenti elementi:
  • il modulo di iscrizione compilato, compresa la conferma del responsabile della formazione G+S della federazione sportiva nazionale
  • tutti i diplomi (se necessario con una traduzione certificata) in un unico documento in formato PDF

Dopo aver partecipato al corso introduttivo

• Dopo il corso introduttivo, l'istruttore sarà informato via e-mail dal dipartimento di formazione di Swiss-Ski sulla procedura successiva.
  • Frequenza di ulteriori moduli G+S a seconda della classificazione
  • Per gli allenatori con una formazione molto ampia, è possibile presentare una domanda di equivalenza come allenatore di sport agonistico o di sport di punta a Coach Education Switzerland (la domanda viene presentata da Swiss-Ski). Procedura di riconoscimento

• Per la procedura di riconoscimento di Coach Education Switzerland sono previste quattro fasce orarie all'anno.
  • Le richieste di riconoscimento presentate entro il 31 dicembre vengono elaborate fino al 31 marzo.
  • Le richieste di riconoscimento presentate entro il 31 marzo vengono elaborate fino al 30 giugno.
  • Le richieste di riconoscimento presentate entro il 30 giugno vengono elaborate entro il 30 settembre.
  • Le richieste di riconoscimento presentate entro il 30 settembre saranno evase entro il 31 dicembre.

Le domande devono essere inviate a ausbildung[at]swiss-ski.chal più tardi due mesi prima della data di presentazione.
